Then Marla, Cari and Geoffrey moved on to CARE where they met with Claude Gasma, Director of Economic Security to discuss opportunities for Associations participating in the Rwanda Knits Project, as they need to get financing to purchase raw materials. CARE Rwanda is working with poor rural individuals to help them form savings and credit groups. Four of the particpating Associations qualify and Cari will make the necessary to link them to CARE.
